WWII German Luftwaffe 2nd Pattern Dress Dagger By Robert Klaas 

A nice "salty sleeper" example with white ivory grip. Nicely marked Robert Klaas Solingen. The white grip has some flaking in places revealing the black coat underneath. The wire is complete and tight. The fittings have some small spots of rust/dirt but exhibit lovely detail. The scabbard has a tarnish from storage in an attic or cellar and has no dents of nicks. The hangers are complete with age related tarnishing and marked correctly with the D.R.G.M. Overall the dagger is a nice find and a fine example.
