German Propaganda Slides of The Rise of the Nazi Party
A very rare set of Glass lantern slides produced by the Deutscher Lichtbild-Dienst GmbH which was taken over by the Propaganda ministry in 1933. Each slide shows the rise of the Nazi party. Some show The Furher, and others of marches and rallies etc. These slides were issued by the Propaganda Ministry for showing at political events.
Comes with original box minus the lid.
Size of each slide 10cm x 8.cm
A set of 50 slides numbered 0 - 50. Missing 1, 7, 8
The slides are marked on the edge Deutscher Lichtbild-Dienst GmbH Berlin SW68 Hedemannstr. 24..the other side the slide are numbered with a pen.
Some of the slides are slightly damaged but intact this is to be excepted due to their age and were they would have been used. No. 13, 14, 30, 38 hairline crack and N0. 15, 29, 47, 48,49 crack in corner
