Original item in good condition

Obverse (Front): The center medallion features a relief bust of the French Republic personified as a young woman wearing a Phrygian cap, surrounded by the inscription "RÉPUBLIQUE FRANÇAISE".

Reverse (Back): The center medallion bears the dates of the conflict, which could be 1914–1915, 1914–1916, 1914–1917, or 1914–1918.
